We guess most truck buyers aren’t too bothered with their ride having a colorful cabin, but those who do, might want to check out this custom Toyota Tundra interior by Carlex Design.
It features mostly black trim, but with a lot of bright blue inserts on the upper dash, upper and lower steering wheel, edges of the seats (front/rear), door panels and the armrest, plus in the form of contrast stitching.
It’s not too flashy, but you can’t exactly ignore it either. It’s also not the type of mod where Carlex would replace some of the stock upholstery with softer materials, as they did on the Racing Green Mercedes X-Class from last year that featured lots of Alcantara.
As for those who’d still take their Tundra’s stock, they can order the 2021 model from $33,675, which will land customers the entry-level SR grade. Unless you’re all about utility, though, we’d recommend jumping directly to the SR5 spec, which is priced from $35,365.
Anything beyond that should be just fine, meaning the Limited, Platinum, 1794 Edition or the TRD Pro. The latter costs upwards of $53,050, and would normally be available with the new Lunar Rock exterior color, but according to the carmaker’s U.S. configurator tool, that’s currently out of inventory.
