World’s Fastest Audi TT RS Is Owned By A 78-Year-Old Brit

The Audi TT RS is a very quick car out of the box ,and with some modifications, can be turned into a ballistic missile for the street.

This particular TT RS is owned by a 78-year-old British man by the name of Arthur. Not only is it significantly quicker than the standard model, but it just so happens to be the world’s quickest-accelerating TT RS.

Whereas the 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder of the TT RS produces 394 hp and 354 b-ft (480 Nm) of torque in stock form, comprehensive modifications made to this car means it now delivers over 1,100 hp and can run up to 60 psi of boost pressure if needed.

While recently testing the car at Dunsfold Aerodrome in the UK, its driver was able to complete the 100 km/h – 200 km/h (62-124 mph) in a mere 3.2 seconds, beating the previous record of 3.3 seconds.

Incredibly, its owner isn’t done and has plans to install a larger turbocharger in the future that could add an extra 200 hp. It’s possible that, with some further modifications, the car could complete the 100-200 km/h sprint in the 2-second range, which is a truly remarkable feat.
